At this stage, we focus on preparing our young athletes for the game of Touch Rugby. Building on the skills and agility developed in our younger classes, we introduce a simplified game environment where the rules of Touch Rugby are taught in a fun, structured, and inclusive manner.
Our program aims to boost self-esteem and confidence in our athletes, fostering the development of future Touch Rugby players. By creating a supportive and engaging atmosphere, we help children enhance their skills, learn teamwork, and enjoy the sport to the fullest.
